Licensed in New Jersey and practicing immigration law in all 50 U.S. states, Thomas Tarigo is no stranger to complex immigration matters, including immigrant and non-immigrant Visa petitions, removal proceedings, waivers and appeals, employment-based petitions, EB-5 investment petitions, consular processing, and other areas of immigration law. In November of 2014, Mr. Tarigo's legal arguments on behalf of an asylum seeker resulted in a published opinion following oral arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Lai v. Holder, 773 F.3d 966 (9th Cir. 2014). Following an internship with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, Thomas Tarigo discovered he had a true passion and interest in Immigration law, an area of the law that has provided him with great satisfaction while securing the results his clients desire and deserve.
